Experience: 3–7 years
ServiceNow Developer Certification preferred
We are looking for a ServiceNow L3 Developer / Technical Analyst / Release Coordinator with strong experience in platform development and architecture across a multi-module environment.
Key skills required:
- 3–7 years as Tooling Engineer or similar role
- Hands-on experience in system integrations and process automation (Workflow Data Fabric)
- Strong experience in Web Service Integration (REST and SOAP)
- Strong experience in Directory Service Integration (Active Directory, AzureAD, LDAP)
- Strong experience in PowerShell, JavaScript, Ansible, Terraform, Python, XML, SQL/databases
- Strong ITSM/ITOM experience; exposure to HRSD, CSM a plus
- Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, ServiceNow Orchestration, AWS EKS/AKS
- Experience with development tools/IDEs and code repositories
- Good understanding of ITIL framework
Key responsibilities:
- Drive automation across application support, deployments, health checks, monitoring and alerting
- Support automation, orchestration and integration initiatives on ServiceNow
- Coordinate release of enhancements, ensuring on-time delivery and quality
- Collaborate with Application Users/Operations Teams to transform requirements into self-service options
- Investigate and roll out ServiceNow features (ATF, virtual agents, etc.)
- Support ServiceNow upgrades and generate metrics/reports
Language: Fluent English required; French is a plus
