Salesforce Developer

Hexa Consulting is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our Client’s team in a remote-work model based in Portugal.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong Salesforce development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration and data migration practices.
• Experience with Git for source control management.
• Solid understanding of unit testing, integration testing and debugging in Salesforce environments.
• Experience with technical documentation and code review practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Responsibility, adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certification.
• Vlocity.

Technology Stack: Salesforce | Apex | Lightning Web Components

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimize Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders, analysts, developers and QA teams.
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring secure and reliable data flows.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues across Salesforce applications and related components.
• Write and execute unit and integration tests to support solution quality and release readiness.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation and development best practices.
• Support junior developers through knowledge sharing, technical guidance and collaborative delivery.
