Labor & Employment Partner, Environmental and OSHA

About the Role

Join a national labor and employment law practice as a partner focused on environmental and workplace safety matters. You will advise companies on regulatory compliance, permitting, and challenges involving the Environmental Protection Agency.

What You'll Do

• Advise companies on environmental and workplace safety regulatory compliance.

• Handle permitting matters and respond to challenges involving the Environmental Protection Agency.

• Build and grow a client practice within a collaborative labor and employment law team.

What We're Looking For

• At least 10 years of relevant legal experience.

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Experience handling permitting and responding to Environmental Protection Agency challenges.

• Experience at an AmLaw firm or boutique law firm.

• A portable book of business of approximately $500,000 for income partner consideration, or approximately $1 million for equity partner consideration.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
