Labor & Employment Partner, Environmental and OSHA

About the Role

A labor and employment law firm is seeking an experienced partner focused on environmental workplace safety and OSHA matters. You will advise clients on regulatory compliance, permitting, and EPA challenges while developing your practice within a collaborative national network.

What You'll Do

• Advise companies on environmental workplace safety regulations and compliance.

• Handle permitting matters and respond to challenges involving the EPA.

• Build and grow a portable client practice, collaborating across the firm's network where useful.

What We're Looking For

• At least 10 years of experience practicing environmental law with a focus on workplace safety regulations.

• Experience handling permitting and responding to EPA challenges.

• Prior experience at an AmLaw firm or boutique law firm.

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• A portable book of business of approximately $500,000 for income partner consideration or approximately $1 million for equity partner consideration.

• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $200,000 to $350,000 annually. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Partner compensation includes a firm compensation structure.
