As a Clinical Study Manager II at ICON, you will design and analyse clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. What You Will Do: You will manage day-to-day clinical trial management activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and project timelines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including investigators, vendors, and internal stakeholders, to drive the successful implementation of advanced clinical studies. Develop and manage comprehensive study plans, budgets, and timelines, optimizing resource utilization and maintaining a focus on efficiency. Spearhead the resolution of intricate issues and challenges that may arise during clinical trials, employing strategic problem-solving skills and effective communication strategies. Implement and oversee robust monitoring and validation processes throughout the study lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and maintaining high-quality standards. #LI-MC1 Your Profile: You will have solid clinical trial management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team. Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field Extensive experience in clinical study management, showcasing a good grasp of the drug development process and regulatory landscape. Proven ability in project management, handling multiple tasks concurrently, and effectively prioritizing duties. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams and external partners. Detail-oriented with an unwavering dedication to data accuracy and maintaining the highest quality standards in advanced clinical trials.
