Für den Standort Münster suchen wir Dich als Laborleitung (m/w/d) für die Pharmazeutische Chemie.

Das bewegst Du bei uns

• Leitung, Organisation und Erfolgskontrolle der Laboreinheit „Fertigarzneimittel/Cannabis“
• Verantwortung für die korrekte und pünktliche Abwicklung der Untersuchungsaufträge entsprechend geltender Vorschriften
• Optimierung der Laborprozesse im Hinblick auf Qualität, Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit
• Plausibilitätskontrolle und fachliche Beurteilung von Untersuchungsdaten und Analyseergebnissen
• Erstellung von Analysenzertifikaten, Befunden und Berichten
• Betreuung und fachkundige Beratung von Kunden sowie Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Investitionsplanung
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Auswahl, Entwicklung und Förderung des Laborpersonals
• Umsetzung qualitätsrelevanter Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Qualitätsmanagement sowie Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen

Das bringst Du mit

• abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium, z.B. Chemie oder Pharmazie, beziehungsweise vergleichbare Qualifikation durch langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
• umfassende Fachkenntnisse in der chemisch-physikalischen Analytik erforderlich
• ausgeprägter technischer Sachverstand
• hohe Kundenorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit
• Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Führungskompetenz
• Deutschkenntnisse mind. C1-Niveau (Wort und Schrift)
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
