We're looking for an experienced, proactive, and solution-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our talent network and collaborate with a U.S. design firm specializing in high-end residential landscape projects.

Landscape architecture experience is a plus, but not required! We're looking for someone who takes ownership, leads with confidence, and knows how to turn challenges into solutions.

What You'll Do

• Manage project workflows, deliverables, and coordination from design through construction.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Review project documentation, ensure quality control, and maintain high standards.
• Support design teams with technical guidance, planning, and problem-solving.
• Improve operational processes and keep projects running efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in architecture, project management, design coordination, or related fields preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Experience with U.S.-based architecture or design projects.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Independent, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Bonus Points: Experience in landscape architecture, VectorWorks, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar collaboration tools.
