Landscape Estimator / Plan Reader (Remote - LATAM)

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Landscape Estimator / Plan Reader to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing construction plans, preparing accurate takeoffs, analyzing project costs, obtaining vendor pricing, and supporting the preparation of competitive bids for landscaping and site development projects across the United States.

Responsibilities

✅ Review and interpret landscape and site development plans

✅ Perform quantity takeoffs and material calculations

✅ Prepare accurate cost estimates

✅ Obtain and analyze vendor quotations

✅ Assist with bid preparation and submission

✅ Track plan revisions and addenda

✅ Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines

Requirements

✔ 3+ years of experience in estimating or plan reading

✔ Experience with landscape, hardscape, or sitework projects

✔ Strong knowledge of quantity takeoffs

✔ Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar tools

✔ Advanced English communication skills (C1)

✔ Strong analytical and organizational skills

Nice to Have

➕ Irrigation estimating experience

➕ Experience supporting construction projects in the U.S.

➕ Previous experience preparing bid packages
