Job Description
This is a flexible hybrid role open to candidates in Philadelphia, PA.
Our client is seeking a senior-level attorney for its Philadelphia office to handle sophisticated large loss and excess liability matters with a high degree of independence. You will develop strategies for high-exposure claims, analyze liability, damages. coverage and excess exposure, handle expert and discovery issues, argue complex motions, and help grow the firm's large loss and excess practice.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active PA law license
- Senio-level litigation experience in large loss, excess or other high-exposure matters
- Strong insurance defense background and experience managing complex matters independently
Plus: NJ bar admission, first-or second-chair trial experience, catastrophic injury matters, excess carrier clients
Good but not required: Portable book of business
