What you do at Condor We are seeking a results-driven LATAM based Financial Analyst Consultant to join our growing software start-up. This role is critical in supporting Condor’s clinical finance solution for clients and their clinical trials, and will play a key role in helping our customers resolve financial-related issues. As a Financial Analyst Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with our services team to support new client implementations, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. If you're a quick learner who thrives in a complex and fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! We're looking for a detail-oriented candidate with strong excel skills who has experience in accounting/finance and reviewing and analyzing contracts and budgets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Strong excel skills, 5+ years of utilizing excel in a finance or accounting environment Experience with contract management Learns quickly and is adaptable proficient in English Key Focus Your role and responsibilities are centered around the following axes: Support the Condor team with implementation of Condor solution for new trials and/or clients Aid with updates and troubleshooting for existing clients and/or trials Review contracts and load in key information in excel for utilization of our process - CRO/Vendor Budget loading/validation - Change Order load - CTA budget load
