To support this mission, Syngenta’s Crop Protection Development Team is seeking a Latam Project Manager Coordinator in Buenos Aires. Accountabilities Contributing to the planning and development of projects. Supporting the coordination and management of projects. Researching information as required and analyzing data for project execution. To monitor progress and identify any issues and to make adjustment to the projects if necessary. Provide with project updates to stakeholders about strategy, progress, and manage stake-holder expectative. Lead meetings and to develop documents to monitor the projects. Coordinate with other project managers to monitor other projects’ executions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Required Academic level: Knowledge in biological sciences: agronomist, biology or chemistry, business administrator, engineer with process skills. Specialization in project management (diploma, master's degree, certificate, etc.). English: level B2 or C1 (written and verbal). 1-3 years in project management. Data science, basic level. AI tool. MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Critical thinking: planning, analysis, creativity and innovation. Highly organized and able to multitask. Proactive, flexible, dynamic and adaptation capabilities, negotiation skills. Learship and teamwork skills, effective communication (written and verbal), persuasive. Work under pressure, sense of urgency, problem-solving skills. Good attitude and emotional Intelligence. Collaboration across boundaries.
