WHAT YOU'LL DO Act as the ultimate resolution engine for highly complex or technically "burned" cases that initial engagement teams cannot unblock. Take ownership of internal escalations to strategically offload operational workload from the management team. Manage investigations and negotiate directly with business stakeholders, including key contacts in Brazil, to close compliance cases. Analyze cross-campaign workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement global process cleanups. Standardize internal escalation structures to bring consistency and functionality across the organization. Shape and perfect the structure of this innovative pilot position as it scales. WHAT YOU BRING 4+ years of experience in complex B2B negotiations, escalation management, or strategic dispute resolution. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate and unblock stalled or technical cases. High executive maturity and the ability to operate with superior autonomy under pressure. Proven track record of standardizing processes and bringing structure to chaotic workflows. Business-level English (written and spoken) with highly persuasive communication skills.
