Our in-house professional appointment center will schedule your sales appointments so you can present the right solution that suits the customers' needs during home visits Your work here as an Outside Sales Representative , changes homeowners lives by allowing them to have peace of mind in their home. Opportunity: First 8 weeks - comprehensive in classroom at our Laval location paid training (1000$ per week) starting on the 4th of November : to learn our sales process, products & services and shadowing others. THEREAFTER: NO base salary, purely commission-based job with allowance and very generous commission. Uncapped earning potential. No worries about prospecting! LEADS!!!! Experience in renovation/home improvement is an asset Excellent communication and presentation skills Fully bilingual Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Disciplined and motivated Good listening skills Ability to actively follow up Likes to consult and help people Great interpersonal skills Good knowledge of computer programs 100% ready to learn and use our exclusive sales program Be humble, hungry and smart !!!
