• Contract: 12 months fully remote Ireland
• Salary: €47,000 pa

Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday OR Sunday to Thursday

We’re hiring three Regulatory Response Specialists to join a global technology organisation in Dublin.

We are looking for:

• 1 Spanish speaker
• 1 Italian speaker

This is a specialist customer operations role focused on complex and sensitive cases, regulatory matters and escalations. You’ll manage cases from initial contact through to resolution while working closely with internal teams including Legal, Public Policy and Communications.

What You’ll Do

• Own and resolve complex customer and regulatory cases end-to-end.
• Handle sensitive issues involving policy, privacy, disputes and regulatory matters.
• Communicate with customers across phone, messaging, live chat and digital channels.
• Assess case severity and escalate appropriately.
• Work closely with Legal, Policy and other internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple cases while maintaining high standards of quality, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Contribute to process improvements and share best practices across the wider team.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years' experience within customer operations, complex customer support, escalations, complaints, mediation, Trust & Safety or a similar environment.
• Fluent English plus Spanish OR Italian.
• Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving and case management abilities.
• Comfortable handling sensitive or challenging customer situations.
• An interest in or exposure to regulatory, legal, compliance, policy or consumer protection matters would be highly advantageous.
• Experience within a technology platform, marketplace, travel or hospitality environment would be a bonus.
