In this role, you will:

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial agreements, including SaaS, IT, service and licensing contracts.

• Provide legal support throughout the contract lifecycle and advise on contractual, legal and commercial risks.

• Support employment and immigration matters, including employment agreements, visas, work permits and relocations.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Compliance, Regulatory, Procurement and Business teams.

• Contribute to legal process automation and optimization, including AI and legal tech tools.

• Maintain contract templates and legal playbooks.

• Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on the business.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Contract Lawyer, Commercial Lawyer or Legal Counsel.

• Law degree; LL.M. is a plus.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.

• Good understanding of commercial, employment and immigration law.

• Experience with cross-border matters and international counterparties.

• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interest in AI, legal technology and automation and ability to use technology to improve legal workflows.
