Requirements and skills
- Minimum three years of experience in prevention and resolution of conflict, harassments, discrimination or violence in organizations, including conducting investigations;
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in an appropriate field of specialization;
- Bilingual (French and English) – written and spoken;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Good analytical and synthesis skills and attention to detail;
- Team player and collaborative; and
- Positive, open and flexible personality.
