Role/Title: Lead AI Engineer- GCP - 6-10 Years

Mode of Hiring: FTC-12 Months

Location: Remote (Anywhere in Australia)


Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement multi-agent AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
  • Lead technical solution design and architecture discussions.
  • Develop scalable, production-ready code and collaborate with customers, engineers, and data scientists.
  • Document solution designs, algorithms, and implementation details.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
  • Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience with Vertex AI, including Agent Builder, Search, and Conversational Agents.
  • Expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Agentic AI patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Ragas, and LangSmith.
  • Experience building multi-agent architectures and advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI, guardrails, hallucination mitigation, testing, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience designing AI solutions for scale, performance, accuracy, and cost optimization.
  • Strong software engineering practices including API integration, code quality, testing, and optimization.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Gradio or Streamlit.
  • GitHub, DevOps, and CI/CD.
  • BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud SQL.
  • Dialogflow CX or Gemini Enterprise CX.
  • FastAPI, Pydantic, Graph-based RAG.
  • Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Tasks, Cloud Build, Artifact Registry.
