We’re looking for a Lead Analyst – U.S. Data Center Finance & Investment to strengthen our intelligence offering in one of the world’s most important and rapidly evolving data center markets. Reporting to the Americas Research Manager, you will work as part of our U.S. research team while bringing specialist expertise in data center finance and investment. Your expertise will ideally extend across the U.S. market, complementing the market knowledge and research capabilities already within the team. This is an opportunity to become a leading voice within DC Byte’s U.S. research function. You’ll combine financial and market expertise with rigorous research to uncover difficult-to-access intelligence, develop our industry network, and improve the data and insights available through our platform. We’re particularly interested in candidates who understand the financial and investment dynamics of data center development. This could include project economics, financing structures, capital allocation, construction and operating costs, CapEx and OpEx, and data centers as an asset class. You may have developed this expertise through direct work in the data center sector or through substantial professional coverage of data centers within digital infrastructure, finance, investment, advisory, research, or a related field. You do not need to bring every aspect of this experience.
