The role will support relationship management and lifetime value analytics while helping the business navigate ongoing CRM and reporting transitions, connect data across systems, and provide reliable visibility into business performance.
This role is an individual contributor position today. It will lead components of cross-functional data projects, provide guidance on analytical methods, tools, and best practices, contribute to functional objectives and roadmaps, and may guide or coordinate the work of others.
What you will do:
- Lead complex analyses requiring in-depth evaluation of variable business and data factors.
- Develop dashboards, models, analytical frameworks, and reporting solutions.
- Help provide clear, reliable visibility into staff and business performance through reporting that brings together data from multiple systems.
- Investigate business questions by navigating large and complex datasets and identifying meaningful patterns or differences.

- Apply analytical judgment and intellectual curiosity by questioning inputs, validating results, and considering whether an analysis addresses a meaningful business need.
- Take increasing ownership of projects and independently drive work as knowledge of the data environment grows.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices and analytics standards as applicable.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, business, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 7 to 10+ years of analytics experience.
- Ability to comfortably read SQL and use queries to understand expected outputs and data relationships.

- Ability to investigate unclear analytical questions, validate findings, and ask thoughtful follow-up questions.
- Ability to take ownership of work and manage projects against established timelines.
- Ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.
- Finance expertise is not required. The financial concepts used in the role can be learned on the job. Basic statistics may be useful when working with data science outputs, but advanced statistical expertise is not required.
What will set you apart:
- Master’s degree.
- Intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated tendency to ask the next question rather than accepting an initial answer without validation.
- Ability to assess the costs and benefits of an analytical request and appropriately question work that may not have a clear business benefit.
- Ability to independently connect information across multiple data sources and turn it into a clear analytical story.
