We take pride in cultivating an environment where all team members can grow, feel heard, valued, and empowered.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
SimCorp is launching its first on-the-ground Securities Operations presence in Australia, and you’d be there from the start. We’re supporting three clients at three different stages: one going live this month and two in active onboarding right now.
From day one, you’ll field real client issues, follow cases through to resolution, and act as the trusted link between our Australian clients and our operations team in Manila. It’s a rare mix of variety, ownership, and visibility, and a chance to help shape how things are done rather than follow a playbook someone else wrote.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Serve as the first point of contact for our Australian clients across trade processing, asset servicing, reconciliation, and other areas of Securities Operations
- Take operational issues and client cases through to resolution, rather than logging them and handing them off
- Act as the on-the-ground link to our operations team in Manila, making sure nothing gets lost between teams
- Support the onboarding of the next two clients and help carry the first client through go-live this month
- Develop collaborative relationships with client operations teams so clients view SimCorp as a trusted partner, not just a tool
- Cover for the Principal Analyst when needed and support regional colleagues
WHAT WE VALUE
Instead of looking for a perfect checklist fit, we want someone who welcomes variety and takes genuine responsibility. These are the qualities that often lead to success in this role:
- Broad business knowledge across Securities Operations: Trade Processing, Asset Servicing (corporate actions, lifecycle, tax), Reconciliation and Operational Data Management sufficient to represent any of these areas credibly to a client without referring every question back to the delivery hub.
- Demonstrated client-facing experience, including managing relationships, leading client meetings, addressing escalations, or assisting with client onboarding at an asset manager, custodian, fund administrator, or global bank.
- Skilled in stakeholder coordination, including working across multiple time zones with delivery teams in Manila, Noida, and Warsaw.
- Highly effective English communication skills, with the ability to turn technical operational issues into straightforward business implications for clients.
- Experience with SimCorp Dimension, or a comparable investment operations / IBOR platform, is a strong advantage.
- An even-tempered, structured style that is comfortable handling ambiguous or escalated issues without continuous oversight.
- Comfortable working independently, triaging and resolving client queries with minimal guidance, and escalating only genuine exceptions.
- Familiarity with the APAC investment management / custody landscape, and the ability to support clients across APAC operating hours.
Benefits
Attractive salary, bonus scheme, and pension are essential for any work agreement. However, in SimCorp, we believe we can offer more. Therefore, in addition to the traditional benefit scheme, we provide a good work and work-life balance: flexible working hours and a hybrid model. And opportunities for professional development: there is never just only one route - we offer an individual approach to professional development to support the direction you want to take.
