Lead Android System SDET

Mandatory Skills:

• Android AOSP Customization
  
• CTS / XTS
  
• Android Testing & Automation Framework
  
• Java / C++ / Kotlin / Python
  
• Android Middleware & Internals
  

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with Android internals and AOSP builds
  
• Hands-on experience analyzing and resolving CTS failures
  
• Experience testing embedded Android / handheld / IoT devices
  
• Strong knowledge of JUnit, Instrumentation, UI Automator, Espresso
  
• Experience developing custom automation frameworks
  
• Hands-on with ADB, Fastboot, Logcat, Dumpsys
  
• Experience with AOSP layers including Framework, HAL and System Services
  
• Knowledge of VTS/GTS compliance
  
• Experience integrating automation with Jenkins/GitLab CI
  
• Performance, regression, stability and device-level testing experience
  
• Leadership/mentoring experience with QA and automation teams
  

Education: B.E / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent
