Key Responsibilities We are seeking a Data Business Analyst with strong Property & Casualty claims experience and a robust data background to translate business needs into actionable data, reporting, and analytics solutions. Partner with claims, operations, data, and technology teams to gather requirements, document business rules, and define data-driven solutions. Analyze P&C claims data to identify trends, data quality issues, operational gaps, and opportunities to improve reporting and decision-making. Create and validate source-to-target mappings, data definitions, process flows, and acceptance criteria for claims data initiatives. Support development and enhancement of dashboards, KPIs, client reporting, and operational analytics related to claims performance. Participate in testing, reconciliation, and stakeholder reviews to ensure delivered solutions meet business and data requirements. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Insurance, or a related field. 4+ years of business analysis, data analysis, or reporting experience, preferably within Property & Casualty insurance claims. Strong understanding of P&C claims processes, including FNOL, coverage, reserving, claim payments, recoveries, litigation, and closure. Advanced SQL and Excel skills, with experience profiling, validating, reconciling, and interpreting complex claims datasets. Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools, data warehouses, data mapping, and Agile delivery practices
