Lead Backend Engineer

Join our client, a leading AI platform backed by internationally acclaimed cryptocurrency firms, as they expand their innovative team. We are looking for a skilled Lead Backend Developer to contribute to the firm's ongoing greenfield projects  Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of backend applications using JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, or Python. Design and implement scalable and robust application architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Manage DevOps processes and ensure seamless integration of AI solutions. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in backend development. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. 4-5+ years of experience in backend web development. Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, or Python. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills in English, as the team is international. Working Arrangement: Candidates must be based in Hong Kong, with hybrid or remote working options available.
