Show job description

At Aristocrat, we are driven by a mission to bring happiness to life through the power of play, and we are seeking a dedicated Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to join our innovative team. This role is central to our organization. You will have the chance to build the future of our Global Supply Chain using modern data solutions and analytics. If you enjoy high-impact work, have a strong history in business intelligence, and want to join an ambitious, world-class team, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:-

  • Manage a portfolio of high-impact data-product, analytical-tool, and automation initiatives, establishing technical priorities and delivery methods across assigned work.
  • Define technical standards for Power BI solutions, including semantic models, DAX, performance, security, publishing, accessibility, and user experience across GSC BI products.
  • Set Snowflake, Python, Power Query, SQL, data-modeling, and documentation practices that support reliable, reusable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Resolve the most difficult issues across source systems, transformations, semantic models, calculations, deployments, and user-facing tools. Review analyst work, resolve development conflicts, and provide clear technical direction.
  • Partner with GSC leaders and technical teams to build requirements, sequence work, define success measures, explain tradeoffs, and recommend technical priorities.
  • Direct solution development, testing, migration, deployment, documentation, training, and post-release support across major initiatives.
  • Translate technical and analytical insights into suggestions that steer product strategy, delivery options, and Global Supply Chain decisions. Communicate roadmap implications, key risks, and solution results to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate daily technical tasks among analysts, monitor project progress and dependencies, resolve blocking issues, and adjust assignments as priorities shift. Serve as the first contact for technical and project-delivery critical issues. Develop analysts through mentorship, build reviews, delivery feedback, and knowledge sharing.
  • Define architecture and development practices for Copilot Studio, language-model solutions, AI agents, integrations, orchestration, data pipelines, testing, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle support. Ensure AI solutions meet security, accuracy, maintainability, governance, and business standards.

What We're Looking For:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience delivering BI products, analytical tools, automation, and related supply chain solutions.
  • Experience leading a portfolio of complex BI initiatives, setting technical direction, coordinating priorities, reviewing analyst work, and resolving cross-team development decisions.
  • Expert Power BI skills, including semantic modeling, DAX, visualization development, performance optimization, publishing, security, governance, accessibility, and support.
  • Advanced Snowflake and SQL skills, with demonstrated Python experience crafting reusable data, automation, integration, or AI solutions; Power Query experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to set direction, influence decisions, explain tradeoffs, mentor analysts, and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience crafting and deploying solutions with Copilot Studio, language models, AI agents, APIs, integrations, orchestration, and data pipelines. Experience with responsible AI controls, monitoring, D365, supply chain systems, migration, or application development is preferred.
