Lead CI/CD Pipeline Engineer – Python & Groovy

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead CI/CD Pipeline Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Groovy and CI/CD pipeline development to join our engineering team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in build and release automation, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD and Python-based automation frameworks. The role involves leading CI/CD initiatives, optimizing build infrastructure, improving automation and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of build and release CI/CD pipelines.
  

• Develop and maintain Python-based automation frameworks.
  

• Design, optimize and support CI/CD pipelines.
  

• Work with Jenkins, GitLab, Git and SVN.
  

• Conduct code reviews and technical design discussions.
  

• Improve infrastructure reliability, scalability and security.
  

• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  

• Mentor and guide engineers.
