Lead, Client Delivery- Create

The Specialist, Client Delivery - Create oversees day-to-day delivery for assigned client accounts and coordinates technical and creative projects from planning through completion. This role manages timelines, gathers requirements, maintains project documentation, and ensures deliverables are accurate and on schedule. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external clients, the Specialist applies knowledge of Ansira’s products and services to recommend solutions, resolve issues, strengthen client relationships, and improve delivery processes. Duties/Responsibilities Manage client deliverables for assigned accounts, including template management, asset and platform updates, print and fulfillment activities, order processing, and inventory management. Serve as an empathetic, responsive, communicative operational contact for assigned client deliverables. Coordinate technical and creative projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality, functionality, and timely completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish priorities, expectations, and deadlines; communicate client requests, concerns, and feedback clearly. Take accountability for identifying project risks and issues, escalating them appropriately, and supporting troubleshooting and resolution. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes. Maintain client training and knowledge materials, such as job aids, FAQs, and process maps, for internal use and clients or end users where applicable. Lead internal and client-facing deliverable meetings, document action items, and follow up to ensure completion. Train new and existing team members on products and processes and provide client-facing platform training as needed. Recommend tactical solutions and process improvements to internal and external stakeholders. Track project time accurately to support forecasting and billing. Required Skills/Abilities Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a detail-oriented approach. Clear, concise verbal and written communication, including the ability to summarize complex information for stakeholders. Empathetic, collaborative interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams. Availability to work a flexible schedule when needed to meet client advertising deadlines. Adaptability and the ability to learn new software and applications quickly and work comfortably with technology. Ability to maintain accuracy, professionalism, and composure in a deadline-driven environment. Self-directed approach to learning and continuous improvement. Minimal travel may be required. Education and Experience Two to four years of experience in client services, account coordination, project coordination, marketing, advertising, or related field. Experience supporting client projects in a marketing services, agency, SaaS, or client delivery environment, with familiarity with local or channel marketing programs and/or print production or fulfillment preferred. Experience with print production or fulfillment is a plus.
