The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on international compensation experience, strong analytical capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to lead compensation initiatives in a complex, global organization.
What You Will Be Doing

- Serve as a compensation subject matter expert and strategic partner to HR and business leaders, providing guidance on pay practices, compensation structures, and reward strategies.
- Evaluate existing global compensation programs and identify opportunities to improve processes, governance, consistency, and scalability.
- Conduct international market benchmarking, compensation surveys, and competitive pay analyses to support informed compensation decisions across multiple geographies.
- Partner with international HR Business Partners to assess local market conditions, compensation practices, and regional pay competitiveness.
- Support the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of base salary structures, short-term incentive plans, and other compensation programs.
- Play a lead role in annual compensation planning, including global merit reviews, incentive cycles, and related processes.
- Analyze internal pay equity, salary compression, and external market positioning to identify gaps and recommend appropriate actions.
- Lead cross-functional compensation projects involving program development, process improvements, data analysis, and implementation.
- Provide compensation expertise related to job evaluations, salary recommendations, organizational changes, and evolving business needs.
- Monitor international compensation regulations, pay transparency requirements, and emerging market practices to support compliant and competitive programs.
- Develop compensation models, reporting tools, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior HR and business leadership.
What You Bring

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive compensation experience, including substantial hands-on responsibility for international compensation programs.
- Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, or scaling compensation programs across multiple countries or geographic regions.
- Strong understanding of global compensation structures, international market benchmarking, regional pay practices, and compensation governance.
- Experience with compensation surveys, job evaluation, salary structure design and maintenance, and incentive compensation programs.
