Lead Content Specialist

Digital and IT transformation programs often stall when learning solutions fail to bridge knowledge and skill gaps. This Lead Content Specialist role is fully remote and sits at the intersection of learning science and responsible AI practices. You shape end-to-end solutions that help clients realize transformation, drawing on global collaboration and creative problem-solving. Effective learning design is the difference between progress and inertia.

Responsibilities

• Lead needs analysis, define instructional approaches, write storyboards, and develop assessments measuring learning effectiveness, including in-person workshops
• Write high-quality storyboards, draft instructional assets, select optimal modalities, and collaborate with multimedia developers to produce engaging digital and visual learning materials, and develop assessments measuring learning effectiveness
• Communicate with customers, build relationships, present status reports, and help stakeholders choose effective learning solutions
• Apply responsible AI practices to learning development, contribute to prompt libraries and QA guidelines, and monitor industry trends for continuous process improvement
• Monitor industry trends, contribute to process improvements, assist with proposals, and support department-level initiatives

Requirements

• Three-plus years as a Content Specialist or Learning Designer
• Two-plus years of hands-on experience developing content using authoring platforms such as Articulate Storyline, RISE, Captivate or Evolve
• Strong portfolio showing design decisions, assessment design and process improvement
• English: C1
• Portuguese: C1
• Expert-level skills in storyboarding, assessment design, writing for instructional design, feedback review, peer review and AI compliance
• Advanced knowledge in instructional design, learning solution consulting, stakeholder management and content quality evaluation
• Strong project management abilities, agile mindset, high resilience under pressure and a track record of reliable, client-centered delivery
