HEY THERE!
We are Mercedes-Benz.io. Our mission is to ignite and build digital solutions for Mercedes-Benz by bringing together a tribe of digital enthusiasts who drive the digital future of mobility.
We believe flexibility and collaboration go hand in hand. With offices in Lisbon and Braga, we offer a flexible hybrid setup, with an average of one day per week in the office. This allows for meaningful in-person collaboration while maintaining the flexibility to work in a way that best supports you and your team.
We do not care about your shoes, as long as you bring the right attitude. At Mercedes-Benz.io we walk the talk and make things happen. We do not digitise for the sake of being digital, but to create real value. We reflect, challenge the status quo, and stand up for each other. This is why we hire people who want to make an impact.
ABOUT THE AREA
In Aftersales & Ownership, we shape end-to-end experiences that support customers throughout their ownership journey across Service, Accident Management, and Parts Trading. As part of the global MB.io tribe, you will work in a trust-based, empowered environment where ownership, collaboration, and impact go hand in hand.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Learning Content & Localisation Specialist, you will ensure digital learning experiences are successfully adapted, maintained and deployed across global markets. Working with existing learning materials, translations, and multimedia assets, you will transform content into high-quality, localized learning solutions that are ready for publication and use across different platforms and languages.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Manage end-to-end localisation of digital learning content across multiple languages and markets.
Coordinate translation workflows, including machine translation, external providers, glossaries and translated assets.
Adapt and rebuild learning content using existing Storyline and Rise 360 materials while ensuring consistency across versions.
Produce and maintain multimedia assets, including audio, video, scripts, subtitles, on-screen text, MP4 files and supporting materials.
Perform quality assurance checks and resolve content, layout, audio and video issues before release.
Publish and manage learning assets across digital learning platforms and tools, ensuring proper version control and deployment readiness.
Collaborate with stakeholders, markets and partners to coordinate reviews, approvals and releases.
Identify and drive process improvements that increase efficiency, quality and scalability.
TO SUCCEED YOU NEED
Have experience adapting multimedia content, including audio, video, subtitles and supporting materials.
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills when working across teams, markets and external partners.
A proactive, structured mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus.
THERE WILL BE BIG SMILES IF YOU
Have experience working with digital content, e-learning platforms or localisation projects.
Have hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360 and Review 360, or similar authoring tools.
Have knowledge of SCORM, LMS environments and content publishing workflows.
