Show job description

Lumene Group’s vision is to be the number one beauty company from the Nordics, recognized for our leading work in circular beauty among a wide international consumer group. We are a pioneer in the circular economy and bringing the power of the wild Nordic nature to the reach of all. Lumene Group is the home of three Nordic beauty brands: LUMENE, CUTRIN and IDA WARG Beauty.

The role

As Lead Creative for IDA WARG Beauty, you are the architect of the brand’s creative expression. From the scroll to the shelf, you make sure the brand is instantly recognizable and unmistakably itself, while every execution is purpose-built for its channel, format and market.

This is a senior role for a creative leader who combines strategic clarity with exceptional craft, translating brand strategy, commercial priorities and digital-first ambitions into work that builds desirability and drives growth.

The role has no direct reports but carries significant leadership: you lead through vision, expertise and influence. It is also a genuinely hands-on role where you enjoy getting things done as much as setting direction.

You will report to the Creative Director & Head of In-house Agency and be based in either Stockholm, Sweden or Espoo, Finland.

Main tasks
  • Own the brand’s look and feel. Guard IDA WARG Beauty’s visual identity and build the guidelines, templates and assets that let the brand flex across every channel without losing its core.

  • Think social-first. Start every idea with how it will live, travel and get talked about online, and work with social, content and influencer teams so the brand feels native on every platform.

  • Set the creative direction. Lead campaigns, packaging and photo and video productions from concept to delivery.

  • Direct and challenge. Brief and guide internal teams, agencies, photographers and production partners with clear direction and decisive approvals, sharing creative sign-off with the Creative Director.

  • Stay hands-on. Design and refine a significant share of the brand’s output yourself, taking multiple projects through to final, print- and platform-ready files.

  • Bring retail to life. Shape the in-store and POS experience with trade marketing and retail partners across markets.

  • Raise the bar. Be a creative sparring partner to leadership, shape the brand’s long-term visual evolution with the Global Marketing Director, and mentor the designers around you.

Does this sound like you?

You understand visual storytelling and brand building and know how creative must adapt across touchpoints. You have a confident creative point of view and the credibility to win over senior stakeholders. You move easily between strategy and hands-on production, and you thrive in cross-functional, international teams.

What we believe you have
  • Substantial experience working in senior creative, art direction or brand design roles, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.

  • An outstanding portfolio which demonstrates excellence in brand identity, packaging and integrated, multi-channel campaigns.

  • Proven experience in building, evolving or governing brand identity systems and guidelines that scale across channels and markets.

  • Hands-on mastery of design tools, production workflows and creative development processes, and genuine curiosity about emerging tools and technologies, including AI-enabled workflows.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

What we offer you
  • An opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company and the chance to work with innovative brands inspired by Nordic nature and sustainability.

  • With our current hybrid work model, you will have the flexibility to work in the office a few days a week, while also enjoying the comfort of working remotely on the other days.

  • We offer various benefits to support your well-being and work-life balance, including access to the mental well-being service Auntie and a wellness benefit through Epassi.

  • The time spent together is valuable for us, and we regularly organize company and team-building activities to promote strong relationships and innovative thinking.

  • Last, but not least - if you love our products as much as we do, you might want to know that our employees have the opportunity to buy our products at reduced prices!
