The Network Services team brings together colleagues from across the Nordics and Benelux who collaborate closely, share knowledge, and solve technical challenges together. Your role & influence as Network Engineer

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for delivering, operating, and continuously improving managed network services, helping customers stay connected and secure while ensuring reliable, scalable, and high-quality network solutions across the Nordics and Benelux.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering secure, reliable, and scalable network services that keep customers connected across the Nordics and Benelux. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with other service teams and customer stakeholders to resolve challenges, improve services, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Core activities:

• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot network environments across switching, routing, wireless connectivity, firewalls, and VPN technologies.

• Resolve incidents, manage service requests, and support customer onboarding and planned network changes to ensure reliable service delivery.

• Maintain accurate documentation, follow security and change management practices, and contribute to service improvements through standardization and automation.

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who enjoys solving technical challenges, continuously developing your networking expertise, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver reliable services for customers.

Additionally, it's important that:

• You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.

• You have experience configuring and troubleshooting network environments, ideally within enterprise IT or managed services.

• You have a solid understanding of switching, routing, network security, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networking, with experience of Cisco, Meraki, automation, or scripting being an advantage.

• Fluency in both English and Swedish.

• A valid driver's license is required for this position.
