About Us

At Félix, we are building the indispensable financial companion for Latinos in the US. We combine an AI-powered, conversational-first interface with real-time financial infrastructure to make cross-border money movement as easy as sending a text. Starting with fast, affordable remittances powered by AI and crypto rails, we are expanding into credit, savings, and wallet services to support the complete immigrant financial journey. Our ambition is to deliver a white-glove financial experience with the simplicity of a conversation to a community the traditional financial system has historically overlooked.

We are a hyper-growth Series C company, backed by over $300 million in funding from top-tier global investors, including Andreessen Horowitz, QED, Castle Island, Switch Ventures, HTwenty, Monashees, General Catalyst Customer Value Fund. This isn't just about the numbers; it's a testament to the trust our investors have in our vision and our team. Additionally, Félix was selected as an “Endeavor Entrepreneur” and was a recipient of the CrossTech Fintech Startups Award.

Joining Félix means you will be part of a team building a legacy, a company that will outlive us all. This is a rare opportunity to apply your skills to a deeply meaningful mission—serving a community that has been underserved for too long because we are obsessed with our customers. We get things done with urgency and focus, driven by extreme ownership over our impact. We collaborate without ego, fostering radical transparency and fierce loyalty so we can grow together. Because we aim for insanely great rather than just good enough, we stay insatiably curious—always experimenting, building the future today, and delivering a product that truly makes our users' lives better.

About the Role

We are looking for an extremely analytical, hands-on, and business-oriented Lead Data Analytics to lead our Growth analytics track. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Partnerships, acting as a strategic data partner to uncover growth opportunities, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and help teams make better decisions through data.
In this position, you will own the end-to-end analytics strategy across our primary growth levers—including Paid Media, Referrals, CRM Lifecycle, Partnerships, and multi-product expansion. Your focus will be on helping the business maximize new user acquisition at efficient CAC, unlock incremental transaction volume, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV), while maintaining strong unit economics.
This is a high-visibility leadership role within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team composed of a Data Analyst and a Data Scientist, providing strategic direction, raising the bar on analytical and technical delivery, and helping the team continuously improve how they operate.
Beyond dashboards and reporting, we are looking for someone who enjoys deeply understanding the business, exploring new opportunities, forming and testing hypotheses, and turning complex data into clear insights and actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will be comfortable moving quickly, getting hands-on when needed, and working closely with cross-functional teams to continuously learn, iterate, and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Growth Track Leadership & Workload Organization: Act as the primary point of contact and lead analytics partner for Growth, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships, translating business questions into analytical roadmaps and actionable growth levers.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct, empower, and develop a team composed of a Data Analyst and a Data Scientist, raising the bar on analytical rigor, execution velocity, and business impact.
  • Attribution & Media Strategy: Own and elevate our multi-touch attribution model, co-redesign our Paid Media investment strategy based on marketing elasticity, and refine Brand budget allocation using Media Mix Modeling (MMM) .
  • CRM Incrementality & Lifecycle: Elevate our CRM incrementality testing framework in close partnership with the Partner/CRM team to measure true lift across lifecycle campaigns and push notification/messaging funnels.
  • New Bets & Multi-Product Growth: Partner with the New Bets and Product teams to define measurable goals, establish KPI frameworks, and identify quick wins for multi-product adoption (cross-selling wallet, credit, and new regional rails).
  • Rigorous Experimentation & Causal Inference: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests, incrementality studies, and holdout groups to validate growth hypotheses quickly and efficiently.
  • Hands-on Analytics & Data Infrastructure: Write complex, performant SQL queries, model growth datasets, and build self-serve reporting (preferably in Omni/BI tools) to provide real-time visibility into acquisition funnels, retention cohorts, and LTV.
  • Commercial & Partner Deal Valuation: Collaborate with the Partnerships team to model, evaluate, and optimize the commercial value and ROI of co-marketing and distribution agreements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Analytics Engineering within high-growth B2C tech companies, fintechs, neobanks, or top-tier data/marketing analytics practices
  • Expert SQL & Data Manipulation: Exceptional, hands-on SQL skills; comfortable querying large-scale transaction and event databases, modeling relational data, and optimizing query performance.
  • Growth Analytics Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in at least one (ideally multiple) key growth levers: Paid Media performance, CRM/Lifecycle incrementality, Referral loops, Branding/MMM, or Partner acquisition.
  • Advanced Experimentation & Statistics: Proven track record designing and analyzing A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and incrementality frameworks with statistical rigor.
  • Data Science / Technical Foundation: Hands-on proficiency in Python for analytical modeling, data manipulation, and exploratory analysis. Formal coursework or background in Data Science, ML, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, or Statistics is highly valued.
  • Track Record of People Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and elevate data analysts and data scientists without losing hands-on technical edge.
  • Business Acumen & Bias for Action: Ability to balance complex long-term analytical projects with immediate "quick wins", prioritizing high-impact solutions over unnecessary complexity.
  • Strong Communication & Stakeholder Influence: Fluency in translating complex data insights into concise, strategic narratives for founders, product leads, and cross-functional teams.
  • These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
