Skills Required Bachelors or Masters degree - preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Supply Chain or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in application development, including experience building custom, enterprise-grade applications Technical Skills: Front End: Strong experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks - specifically Vue.js Back End: Strong experience with Java , Spring Boot, and Python object-oriented development, and RESTful API design Data: Experience with relational and NoSQL data sources such as Oracle and MongoDB, including database design, optimization Engineering Practices: Deep understanding of version control and branching strategies, automated testing, and CI/CD practices AI-Powered Development Tools: Proficiency with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Devin, GitHub Copilot) and a demonstrated ability to apply them to accelerate delivery without compromising quality Technical Leadership : Ability to lead and guide multiple teams, make decisions and provide technical direction . Ability to inspire and motivate teams fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Adaptability : Capability to adapt to changing requirements, technology trends, and business needs. Decision-Making : Strong decision-making abilities to evaluate trade-offs and make informed choices that balance technical and business considerations. Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic and a self-starter Skills Preferred Search and Streaming: Experience with Solr and with real-time Kafka streaming architecture at scale Event-Driven Architecture: Experience designing and supporting event-driven, distributed systems Observability: Experience with monitoring and observability tooling such as Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana Experience working in Supply Chain, Order Management, Procurement, or ERP-integrated environments Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and other ERP systems Supply chain domain knowledge Ability to d evelop and integrate AI application components including LLM-based features, agentic workflows, and AI APIs Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $122,800 to $153,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
