Vielfältige Aufgaben Collaborate in an agile team with Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and developers to deliver business-focused solutions. Analyze requirements and design solutions aligned with business goals, including customizations in Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, workflows, business rules). Develop and maintain applications using C# / .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript, Power Platform, and optimize integrations via REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus. Implement automation and CI/CD pipelines following DevOps best practices, while monitoring and improving performance with Azure tools like Application Insights. Refactor and enhance existing applications to meet the latest standards and ensure long-term maintainability. Lead the existing developers from a technical point of view and ensure that the development is going smoothly across the existing development teams. Überzeugendes Profil 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 (ideally Customer Service) Strong skills in C# / .NET and JavaScript / TypeScript, including Dynamics 365 customization (entities, forms, workflows, business rules) Experience with the Power Platform (Canvas & Model-driven Apps, automation) Nice to have: integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Service Bus Solid understanding of DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD, automation) Experience in solution design, requirements analysis, and applying best practices (design patterns, security) Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven with strong communication skills Familiar with agile ways of working Languages English: B2+ (mandatory) Portuguese and/or German: nice to have Über den Bereich Our mission is to support the energy revolution with IT knowledge, intelligent solutions and the understanding that digitalization is the main drive for innovation.
