Have 5+ years’ experience as a DevOps engineer or SRE engineer, and 1+ years of leading/management experience. Possess fluent verbal and writing communication skills in English. Demonstrate strong understanding of the ITIL framework and bring hands-on experience working with production environments with zero tolerance for errors. Bring strong experience in Linux, Docker, configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet), CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins), Cloud services (AWS), and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Nomad). Have experience writing infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform. Have worked with monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios/Sensu) and logging solutions (Elastic Stack, Loki).
