The Opportunity: Senior Software Engineer, Frontend You'll build both sides of what our customers touch: the mobile app in React Native and our web surfaces in React and TypeScript. The codebase is consolidated, built on clean architecture and clear separation of concerns — and we're actively adding new products on top of it. That's the interesting part of this role: you're not maintaining something finished, you're extending a foundation that has to keep holding up as more lands on it. We're looking for someone who thinks about software scalability, not just screens. You'll work close to the product — no intermediary layer between you and the problem. You're part of the conversation about what to build, you build it, and you watch it reach production. The team gathers at our Campinas office twice a year, and as part of Tilt you'll join two global offsites annually — past locations include Vail, San Diego, and Mexico City.
