In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Take ownership of the engineering activities (Ovation DCS FEED, design, configuration, testing, commissioning, and start-up) on all allocated deliverables and proactively utilize methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality standard.

- Coordinate technical activities and provide guidance to engineering team members and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support project planning activities by providing engineering input on schedules, resource requirements, progress updates, and potential risks.
- Serve as a primary technical contact for customers within assigned areas of responsibility and facilitate clear, effective communication across project teams.
- Contribute to procurement activities by preparing technical specifications and supporting supplier and subcontractor engagements where required.
- Monitor project scope and proactively identify, communicate, and support the management of changes affecting engineering deliverables.
- Ensure engineering activities are completed in accordance with quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable health, safety, environmental, and information security expectations.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and professional development.
- Support business growth by contributing technical expertise to proposals, bids, and customer solution discussions.
- Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and global Emerson teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
- Continuously develop and share technical knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned across the organization.
Who You Are:
You consistently build trust through honest, transparent, and reliable actions. You focus on achieving results while balancing quality, customer needs, and organizational priorities. You adapt your approach effectively in response to changing situations and project requirements, remaining flexible and resilient in dynamic environments. You create an environment where people feel valued and engaged, fostering strong collaboration and enabling teams to perform at their best.
For This Role, You Will Need:
