Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients interested in AI-powered applications, learning platforms, and smart management systems. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting online product demonstrations, and presenting tailored solutions that match client needs. The associate will manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and closing, while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. This role also involves collaborating with the product and marketing teams to refine sales messaging, following up on inbound inquiries, and consistently meeting or exceeding commission-based sales targets.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Experience in solution selling or consultative sales, preferably in software, AI, or technology services.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to AI, mobile apps, and web platforms in clear, accessible language.
• Comfort with remote work tools, including CRM systems, video conferencing platforms, and digital communication channels.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Previous experience in commission-based sales or business development is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is also valued.
