Pre-Sales Executive

We’re Hiring | Pre-Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Pre-Sales Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and business needs.
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product/service presentations, proposals, quotations, and solution documents.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
• Assist the sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle, from requirement gathering to proposal submission.
• Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and client queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with prospective clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and relevant technologies.
• Support the sales team in improving lead conversion and business opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Support, Business Development, or a related role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Strong understanding of the sales and pre-sales process.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into appropriate solutions.
• Good skills in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
