Position Overview
The Lead Generation & Marketing Coordinator drives new member leads for our TITLE Boxing Club locations in Edina, Nashville, and Plano. You'll own local lead generation from start to finish: finding events and partnerships, coordinating with contacts, and making sure leads actually come in. You'll also create marketing assets using Canva and AI, and help keep our organic marketing playbook fresh. This is a part time, hourly role that is part remote and part in club, including attending local events. We're looking for someone based in Edina, Nashville, or Plano who is organized, outgoing, and has a sharp eye for detail.

TITLE Boxing Club is a boutique boxing fitness brand built to help members find their inner fighter, mentally and physically. With 90 clubs across the country, TITLE Boxing Club corporate is also TITLE's biggest franchisee, owning and operating 13 clubs ourselves. We also own BoxUnion, our boutique boxing and sculpt concept in Los Angeles. Our headquarters are in Chicago and Los Angeles, and you'll be working with a team across the country.

What You'll Do

Local Lead Generation

• Find and book external events for our clubs, including tablings, races, community events, and local activations.
• Build corporate partnerships that bring local employees into our clubs to train.
• Own every event from start to finish: sourcing the opportunity, coordinating with the contact, planning logistics with club teams, and following up to make sure leads are captured and entered.
• Attend events in your local market and coordinate remotely with club teams in our other markets.
• Track results by event and partnership so we know what's worth repeating.

Asset Creation

• Create marketing assets for our clubs using Canva and AI tools, including flyers, emails, social graphics, and other print and digital materials.
• Adapt existing assets for specific clubs, events, and partners.
• Proof everything before it goes out for typos, consistency, and brand accuracy.

Organic Marketing Playbook

• Help update our organic marketing playbook with social, event, and email strategy.
• Bring fresh ideas for local events, challenges, and partnerships based on what's working in the field.

What We're Looking For

• Based in Edina, Nashville, or Plano.
• Strong Canva experience (required).
• Experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to research, write copy, and create assets is a plus.
• A creative eye and a good sense for what looks and reads well.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations with business owners, event organizers, and HR contacts.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple events and partners across different markets at once.
• Clear, detailed communicator who can keep club teams, partners, and corporate aligned across time zones.
• Extremely detail oriented with a strong eye for typos and inconsistencies.
• Available for some evening and weekend events.
• Passion for fitness is a plus.

Schedule

• Part time, starting at 10 to 20 hours per week.
• Mix of remote work, in club time, and local events.
