Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in fueling our sales pipeline. Your mission will be to find, verify, and organize high quality B2B leads that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You will work closely with a team of 10+ sales representatives to ensure they always have fresh, relevant, and accurate leads. You will leverage tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Clay, and manual research to identify businesses, decision makers, and key buying signals. Key Responsibilities ● Research and identify businesses that fit our ICP across multiple industries. ● Collect and verify accurate decision maker details (emails, phone numbers, job titles, LinkedIn profiles). ● Use data platforms (Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Google) for prospect sourcing and enrichment. ● Identify key signals such as growth trends, hiring activity, or expansion. ● Run experiments to test new prospecting methods, market segments, and data sources. ● Collaborate closely with the sales team to know their needs and requests and taking feedback on the leads you are generating. ● 1 year of relevant experience in lead generation, data research, or sales support . ● Strong research and digital prospecting skills (Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.). ● High resilience and work ethic, comfortable working with high-volume targets. ● Entrepreneurial mindset and self starter attitude. ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to test, measure, and refine lead sourcing methods. ● High attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. ● Comfortable working with KPIs and adapting to changing sales priorities. ● Good written and spoken English; able to clearly summarize findings. ● UAE market knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory. ● Finance background and knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory. ● Gain first-hand experience in a fast-growing environment. ● Access and learn from world-class data sourcing tools . ● Work closely with an experienced sales team and directly impact business growth. ● Learn how to scale outbound engines in a high-paced B2B environment.
