Lead Generation Specialist for an Events Management and Event Production in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

The Client is a full-service event solutions provider specializing in a wide range of events, from conferences and gala dinners to school functions, awards nights, marquees, and onsite activations. They provide event venues, audiovisual technology, equipment, and professional expertise to deliver seamless and memorable event experiences.

• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development support or a similar role.
• Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and identifying potential clients.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong email communication skills and confidence engaging professionally with prospective clients.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail when managing leads and follow-ups.
• Ability to work independently, learn new systems quickly and adapt to the client's processes.
• A proactive, outgoing and motivated personality with a genuine willingness to achieve results.

• Previous experience in B2B lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking.
• Experience using Excel, spreadsheets and email platforms.
• Experience supporting sales teams or businesses in the events and production industry.
