Title: Lead HRIS Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a forward-thinking Lead HRIS Analyst to join our team. This role will be the owner of our HR technology systems and play a critical part in advancing automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. You will ensure our systems run seamlessly, data remains accurate, and our team and business gain efficiency through innovative technology. Our technology systems currently include Workday, WorkTango and Clara, our AI assistant powered by Workato.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Administration: Own Workday configuration (HCM, payroll/benefits, advanced comp, talent) and the system backlog driving requests to completion.

• Security and Governance: Manage roles, permissions, and audit logs so the right people have the right access.

• Integrations and Data Flow: Build and monitor connections and keep ownership of every data flow clear.

• Automation and AI: Support the team by turning manual, high-volume transactions and replacing them with automation, working with enterprise technology partners on Claude, Workato, and Quickbase.

• Data and Analytics: Set data ownership and audit cadence and deliver reports and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership.

• Vendor Management: Manage third party implementation and AMS hours ensuring we’re optimizing partnership and staying on track.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or systems administration.

• Hands-on Workday experience in reporting, security roles and permissions, integrations, payroll, and HCM.

• Strong technical aptitude, with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking.

• Clear communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with key internal partners across HR, Finance, Accounting, IT, and others.

• High attention to detail and a firm commitment to confidentiality.

• Experience with automation tools, integration platforms, or AI-enabled solutions.
