As part of an international LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) project within the Oil & Gas industry, on a FEED phase, MOBEN&ROOSTER is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Engineer.

Your Responsibilities

HVAC Engineering & Design

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform and lead HVAC engineering studies;

• Prepare and review HVAC calculation notes and system sizing;

• Develop and review HVAC technical diagrams and engineering documentation;

• Supervise the technical development and consistency of the 3D model;

• Review HVAC 2D drawings and associated deliverables;

• Integrate explosion risk requirements into HVAC design;

• Address insulation-related requirements within the HVAC engineering scope.

Technical Coordination & Interfaces

You will also be responsible for:

• Coordinate HVAC engineering activities and ensure overall technical consistency;

• Manage technical interfaces required for the successful execution of the studies;

• Act as the HVAC technical interface with the client;

• Participate in technical discussions and engineering decisions related to the HVAC discipline;

• Supervise the engineering deliverables produced within your scope;

• Ensure consistency between engineering studies, the 3D model and 2D drawings.

HVAC Scope Management

As Lead HVAC Engineer, you will also:

• Monitor the progress of HVAC engineering activities;

• Manage the discipline schedule;

• Monitor the budget allocated to the HVAC scope;

• Identify technical and project risks that could impact engineering activities;

• Coordinate corrective actions required to meet technical, budget and schedule objectives.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

• Engineering Diploma or an equivalent Master Degree

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in HVAC engineering;

• Proficiency in Carrier HAP is a strong plus.

• Previous experience in an HVAC coordination or Lead HVAC Engineer position is expected.

Languages

• Fluent English is mandatory, both written and spoken;

• Ability to work, communicate and manage technical discussions in an international project environment.
