Lead, Indirect Procurement (Subscriptions)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Management of contract lifecycles, including renewals, amendments, license allocations, and terminations in the Subscriptions category, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and timelines.

• Ensure timely renewals to avoid service disruptions and maintain compliance with company policies.

• Utilize the most effective procurement methodologies—including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs—to lead robust sourcing processes in Subscriptions or when supporting other categories, that support the business in identifying and selecting the most suitable providers for their needs.

• Develop and execute data-driven sourcing and negotiation strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and evaluate supplier risks to support aligned, strategic decision-making.

• Work closely with Category Managers and Procurement Leaders to align on priorities.

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to define and align on requirements, negotiate terms and conditions, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful outcomes.

• Conduct market intelligence research on relevant supply and technology sectors and perform ongoing supplier benchmarking to inform strategic sourcing decisions.

• Manage supplier relationships to build partnerships, improve performance, and support business goals.

• Develop cost models and perform spend analysis, including generating reports and presenting key insights, finding opportunities for cost optimization and gained efficiencies

• Partner with a broad mix of stakeholders on contract evaluation, redlining, and negotiation, such as IT, Legal, and Information Security

• Use Oracle Fusion to support the P2P process, , and resolving invoice issues.

• Assist in developing and updating internal policies and procedures.

• Manage & maintain procurement trackers and databases.

• Assist on providing information relating to our SOX controls with Internal/External Auditors.

• Lead continuous process improvements by utilizing new and existing technologies (i.e., automation and robotics)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree level or possess an equivalent level qualification.
• 5+ years’ experience in Indirect Procurement; managing contract renewals and leading sourcing activities.
• Proven ability to implement multi-site procurement programs that achieve measurable cost savings.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience in commercial and contract negotiation.
• International experience is preferrable.
• Experience in using Oracle, or similar ERP, desirable but not essential.
