  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor and freelancer teams, providing oversight and training; manage digital launches by developing guidelines, launching work, and ensuring all deliverables expectations are met.
  • Participate as a key contributor in the development of implementation models and journey maps; lead the development of course maps; create POC’s and hi-fidelity prototypes by applying design principles and backward design to complex or ambiguous situations.
  • Support user testing by interpreting results and making strategic recommendations, serving under the leadership of management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to identify, test, troubleshoot, and follow up on technical issues in authoring tools and the platform; define and document requirements for platform and authoring tool enhancements.
  • Identify, pilot, and scale novel digital solutions for issues that arise during development.
  • Proactively identify risks and challenges across multiple workstreams; develop contingency plans and negotiate trade-offs among competing priorities, communicating proposed solutions to leadership.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or related field required.
  • Experience working with Spanish-language materials; prior experience as a Spanish, ESL, SLA, or dual-language teacher is a plus. A successful candidate may have previous K-5 teaching experience.
