The Role

As a Sr. Integrated Producer – Global HOKA, you’ll be a key member of the Operations and Production team, leading the end-to-end execution of integrated creative productions across the brand. You’ll collaborate with Creative, Project Management, Global Brand Integrated Marketing, and cross-functional partners to translate creative concepts into thoughtful production strategies. You’ll balance creative ambition, budget, timing, and business requirements, leading productions from creative development through pre-production, execution, post-production, and final delivery. This role primarily supports photography-led production but also includes video and motion content across campaigns.

Your Impact

  • Lead photo and video productions from creative development through to final delivery
  • Translate creative concepts into production strategies, scopes, schedules, and solutions
  • Serve as lead producer on assigned projects
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage production companies, photographers, directors, studios, post-production partners, and other vendors
  • Develop and manage production plans, budgets, bids, estimates, change orders, forecasts, and final reconciliations
  • Recommend production approaches and partners that maximize creative quality and production value within approved budgets
  • Administer talent, photographer, director, vendor, and other production-related agreements, including contracts, usage, licensing, and releases
  • Partner with Legal to ensure contracts and documentation reflect project scope, usage requirements, and financial commitments
  • Maintain accurate records of talent and asset rights, licensing terms, extensions, and other production obligations
  • Serve as a trusted production partner to Creative, Marketing, Project Management, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders
  • Communicate production status, budget considerations, risks, and key decisions to internal stakeholders and Production leadership
  • Help establish and continuously improve production standards, processes, templates, tools, and best practices
  • Build and maintain a strong network of production and creative partners

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, production, or related field, or relevant work experience
  • 5-6+ years of integrated creative production experience across in-house brand, creative agency, production company, or similar environments
  • Deep experience leading photography and video productions from creative development through final delivery
  • Robust experience producing video and motion content, including understanding of directors, DPs, video crews, equipment, color, sound, finishing, and production workflows
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns with multiple asset types, channels, formats, and usage requirements
  • Strong expertise in production budgeting, bidding, estimating, negotiation, vendor management, crew, locations, casting, talent, insurance, permitting, and logistics
  • Demonstrated experience managing significant production budgets and reconciliation
  • Working knowledge of production business affairs, including talent agreements, image and video usage, licensing, releases, and rights management
  • Experience partnering with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and other business stakeholders on production contracts and requirements
  • Strong knowledge of photography and video post-production workflows
  • Strong creative instincts and ability to evaluate creative ideas through a production lens
  • Able to independently manage multiple productions at different stages with high organization and attention to detail
  • Calm, decisive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Strong communication skills and capable of building trusted relationships with senior creative partners, stakeholders, talent representatives, agencies, production companies, and vendors
  • Able to operate as a senior level individual contributor with significant autonomy and accountability
  • Experience in footwear, apparel, sport, fashion, lifestyle, or another highly visual consumer brand is preferred

The salary range posted reflects the estimated minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in:

Goleta, California (Remote)
