Lead iOS Developer

The role This is the first Lead iOS hire. You will own the iOS technical roadmap, set engineering standards from scratch, and mentor the iOS team. No formal direct reports: influence comes from expertise, not hierarchy. The split is about 90% hands-on coding and 10% technical leadership. You report to the MobApp Tech Lead and act as the iOS voice in every cross-functional discussion with Product, Design, Backend, and QA.
