  • Managing project teams and coordinating delivery across Denmark and our Global Competence Centres.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and supporting capability development.
  • Contributing to the growth of Ramboll's Mechanical & Plant Design services.

About you

We imagine that you have:

  • BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
  • 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience within industrial plants, energy infrastructure, gas systems, process plants, manufacturing, offshore energy, or related industries.
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, piping, pressure equipment, rotating machinery, or plant design.
  • Proven track record in client engagement and business development.
  • Experience leading engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from idea to execution.
  • Fluent Danish, both spoken and written.

What success looks like

Within your first years, you will:

  • Expand Ramboll's presence with industrial and energy sector clients.
  • Generate and deliver your own project portfolio.
  • Strengthen our pipeline of specialist and industrial assignments.
  • Create opportunities for junior engineers and specialists by building sustainable client relationships.
  • Support the continued development of a resilient and growth-oriented Mechanical & Plant Design organisation.

What we can offer you

  • A flexible work environment with opportunities to balance business, team, and personal commitments.
  • Commitment to your professional and personal development.
  • Leaders guided by Ramboll's Leadership Principles.
  • Inspiration from colleagues, clients, and projects across the globe.
  • A highly skilled international Mechanical & Plant Design organisation.
