Lead Mobile iOS & Android Engineer (97380)

For our client, we are looking for a Lead Mobile iOS & Android Engineer. It is a global digital consulting company that has been a leader in delivering sophisticated mobile solutions since 1993. For this high-impact project, we are supporting the development and evolution of native iOS and Android applications that empower companies to gather real-time feedback from users, driving better product decisions and enhanced customer experiences. The Ideal Candidate Has: Extensive experience building and shipping production-grade iOS and Android applications Deep knowledge of Android (Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Camera APIs) Solid experience in iOS (Swift, Objective-C, SwiftUI, Redux Architecture) Proficiency in architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, reactive programming, and Coordinator Strong API integration skills (RESTful, GraphQL, real-time comms) Testing expertise with tools like XCTest, Quick/Nimble, JUnit, Compose UI testing CI/CD experience, mobile release pipeline and dependency management knowledge Familiarity with performance optimization, memory management, and mobile security best practices Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities Experience making architectural decisions and enforcing consistency across platforms Excellent asynchronous communication in distributed teams What You Will Do: Lead the development of high-performance native iOS and Android applications Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers Mentor cross-platform developers, support technical alignment and team growth Drive architectural and infrastructure decisions for mobile development Ensure performance, security, platform compatibility, and maintainability Stay up-to-date with evolving platform frameworks and best practices Engage in technical discussions, contribute to documentation and cross-team alignment What the Company Offers: Full-time remote engagement on a B2B contract International project with leading digital experts A culture focused on mentorship, high engineering standards, and continuous learning An opportunity to work on a high-impact, real-world product A collaborative and inclusive working environment
